REGISTRATION/ADMISSION
Admission
The academy accepts enrollment on a first come basis. Student’s placement is based on individual ability. We serve children who are average or above average in their quest for excellence. First year students must enroll during the summer program: Why? To evaluate, tutor, train and orient to the WCA program.
The academy’s registration begins in the 3rd week in March for the upcoming school year. The process must be completed by early June.
Registration Requirements
The following forms must be completed, notarized and returned to the academy office before a child’s name is placed on the class roll:
- Registration Fees
- Completed Application
- All Health, Dental and Eye forms MUST be turned in
- Physical Examination required for ages 2 - 5 years old
- All students must have immunization form #3231
Transfer Students:
a. Statement from Principal
b. Evaluation of Student by Lead Teacher
c. Conduct Form
d. Report Card
e. Test Scores

Tuition Schedule for 2010-2011
Note: All students MUST register for the fall. Summer attendance does not exempt a student from Fall registration fees.
Purpose:
- To assess the number of students enrolled in each class.
- To purchase books prior to deadline for Fall quarter.
- To provide funds for the needs of the children in a timely manner.
Objective: Registration is open in February for enrolled students for the Fall and the 1st week in March for new students.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
